Our online shop is currently operating as normal. We are doing everything we can to ensure that orders arrive within their usual time frames – however, some deliveries may take up to 7 days longer.
We want your order to get to you as smoothly and quickly as possible. Browse through our products to find what you want by using the menu along the top of the screen. If you know exactly what you want, use the search function and either type in the product name or product ID at the right of the screen to quickly locate your item.
Choose the size (if applicable) and number of items you want and click on the "Add to Cart" button. You can then go on shopping until you are ready to pay. If you wish to view the products in your shopping cart while you are shopping, hover or click on "My Cart" at the top right hand side of the page.
When you have chosen all of your items, click on the "Checkout" button and follow the very simple instructions on screen through our secure checkout process. Please allow 3 processing days and shipping time frame for receipt of your product.

We are required by law to charge Sales Tax. Relevant sales taxes, will be applied at checkout.
Where required, Sales Tax will also be applied to shipping charges. Tax will be refunded for returned items but shipping charges are non-refundable, once an item has been shipped. You will not receive a refund for the Sales Tax you paid on the shipping.
All you need to do is sign in to the My Account area of our website, go to the Address Book and add the address. Once you have saved the new address this will always be available to choose when you go through the Checkout process.
Yes you can. Simply call our helpful Customer Service team at 888-239-0407 (Monday to Friday 8am to 3pm Central Time).
If it is the first time you have placed an order with us there is no need to register your details if you are in a hurry. Simply click on 'Guest Checkout' and follow the instructions.
When you get time it is well worth setting up an account so that you can track your orders.
If you have placed your order online, you will immediately see an Order Summary. If we have your email address we will send you an email confirmation that your order has been placed and updates on its progress until it is delivered. If there are likely to be any delays in sending your order to you we will email you.
You can cancel an order for any reason up to the point of dispatch, but as we try to process all our orders quickly then we strongly recommend you reach us at 888-239-047 (Monday to Friday 8am to 3pm Central Time) as soon as possible after you place the order to ask us to cancel. If possible, please make sure you have your order number on hand. You will find this on your order confirmation email. See our Terms and Conditions for details of your statutory Right to Cancel.
